An important part of the QCA culture is respecting differences and supporting diversity, both outside and inside the offices. Through the QCA+ Program, everyone here is committed to ensuring a welcoming, safe, and healthy environment, without any discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, or any kind of disability. As legal experts, we adopt practices that respect and extend legal guarantees for groups that are generally discriminated against; that educate members, professionals, suppliers, and partners about the idea of equality – including opportunities; and that encourage actions that promote the causes of these groups.
